No. You don't have to pay for browsing through the listings. A service charge is levied only when the transaction (buying/selling/renting) happens. Our service charges are 100% transparent. We charge 1% of the sale price for buying, 2% of the sale price for selling and one month rent for rentals. All these services will attract a GST of 18% on the service charge. Detailed terms and conditions are available on request.

No. Inspection of shortlisted properties are done free of cost.

No. Lotus Street offers free evaluation for the shortlisted options.

Yes. We undertake maintenance to facilitation as per a fair rate card. Or you can outsource these services to any third-party.

Yes. We extend our services to make the transition a hassle-free one.

Annual Fee 48,000 + GST or 5% of the average annual rent, Which ever is higher is payable to management.

On behalf of property owners, we take care of payment of corporation taxes, processing khata certificate, Encumbrance Certificate etc, if required. If tenanted, we track rent payments, address tenant issues, repairs, supervise hand-over and taking back possession of rented assets including inventory check, repairs/damage evaluation etc.
